A remark during a coffee break has lead to the order for the webshop development for a new activity by a Belgian client. My client already has a couple of webshops that run on the ShopFactory e-commerce software. The plan is to have the new webshop follow the layout and structure of those other webshops.
The biggest challenge will be integrating article specifications from spreadsheets. The range of articles is wide and varied and prices change on a regular basis. Supposedly with ShopFactory’s importwizard it is possible. Hopefully without too many extra steps.
As part of the hosting packages Studio Tal also offers e-commerce solutions. Tailormade and with lots of options. For small and big webshops. Interested? Feel free to contact me.
Last Wednesday the new website of VHP Echtscheidingsbemiddeling went online. Studio Tal is responsible for the web design, logo design and consultancy, as well as the web hosting.
The new Spraakvermaak season starts this Sunday. A new season means new sponsorboards. And as after six seasons the sandwich board display needed to be replaced, we also made a new board.

Are you a singer/songwriter? Do you have your own band? Are you manager/business representative for an artist or a band?
I do not need to tell you that these days you can not do without a good, up-to-date website and social media. Your website is your online business card. I can build you a nice, clean website. Doesn’t have to cost much.
Also I can help you get your music to digital outlets like Spotify, Itunes, Amazon, Deezer, Pandora, Bandcamp, Soundcloud, etc. Or as a single or cd in the physical world. Maybe even vinyl.
I have about 25 years of experience in the music business, both on and off stage. Besides that throughout the years I have kept my ears and eyes open, and so I have a clear picture of how you -as a “small” player- can maximize today’s wide range of possibilities to get your music out there. It is up to you to “sell” your music, but I am sure I can help. And it does not matter if you live in the USA, Southern Australia or the far North of Finland. In 2013 things like distances and different time zones are no longer a problem; through the magic of the internet we can communicate as if we are in the same room.

On a corporate website you usually put photos of products, machinary, people, etc. For web design or audio design it is a bit more difficult, as most of the work happens “in the box.” At the same time I am quite aware that website visitors want to see something and do not necessarily want to read too much. So after a bit of thinking I now have images on every page. And more to come.
Meanwhile obviously there are things to see in the studio. And examples of this will be shown here in the newsfeed.
It had been on my to-do list for quite a while: “Website Studio Tal.” But I never seemed to get around to it.
With the presentation of a big project coming up later this month, I thought it might be wise to have this website up and running by that time. And so -with many thanks to Erik of Evicom Support- I spent the past couple of days building the website and writing the contents (bilingual, grr.)
Eventually I will dress the website up, for now it’s clean -albeit a bit sparse- and the information is available. New projects, yes please.
